Multivitamins Prevents Heart Diseases

To complete the human diet with vitamins, minerals and nutritional elements multivitamins were prepared. Multivitamins are a great help to correct dietary imbalance. And studies have shown that heart diseases can be prevented by taking quality multivitamins.

Most of us are still ignorant about the fact that we can prevent heart diseases with quality multivitamins. We believe that we eat a complete meal everyday but in reality we fall short in taking right vitamins and minerals. These days, people eat a lot of junk that accelerates cholesterol in blood which is the main cause of heart attacks. Our immune system takes care of our body by taking care of toxins and other microbes and it is our duty to nourish our body with nutritious food and multivitamins to have a powerful immune system that maintains our health. A long 10 years study by Dr. Susanne Rautiainen and her colleagues from Karolinska Institute in Stockholm shows that now you can prevent heart disease with quality multivitamins. The study included monitoring 31,671 women with no history of heart disease and on the other hand 2,262 women with heart disease. The overall progression of their health was observed. The results were shocking 3.4 percent of women having no heart disease had heart attacks because they did not take any dietary supplements. The group taking multivitamins exhibited 27 percent less chance of heart attack. This study did not tell about the supplements or multivitamins to take. But it is seen that multivitamins made with whole food vitamins are superior to synthetic varieties available at drug stores. So one should include the multivitamins in their diet so that , we can prevent heart disease with quality multivitamins
