Whether High Cholesterol is Hereditary?

Let us first of all know what is high cholesterol? High cholesterol is a situation in which the fatty acids which are manufactured in the liver of human being and released along with the blood. Cholesterol helps in giving strength to the membranes of the cell that are the building blocks of our body and high cholesterol serve as a template for steroid hormones like estrogen and testosterone.

High cholesterol level in blood is due to consuming fatty and oily diets. Fats accumulate in the form of lipids and are circulated in the blood stream through out the body. High cholesterol heredity is a common disease among the new generations due to consumption of fatty and junk foods according to a recent survey. This phenomenon is called as hyper lipidemia. Scientist has confirmed that high cholesterol heredity is due to genetic defect and the molecule which is responsible for this is Apo protein. Apo protein is a type of molecule which binds to all the Lido proteins which stops the protein onto the protein carrier. So in a family if a person is having high cholesterol then his siblings or children are in a greater risk of being affected by high cholesterol heredity disease.
It is a common phenomenon of people in a family dies due to high cholesterol complication like that of heart attack, stroke, artery rupture or brain failure and there children are quite prone to high cholesterol heredity syndrome. So in order to check this diet should be controlled and regular exercise should be a practice
