How to reduce LDL level?

Cholesterol is of two types, LDL and HDL. LDL is often used in edible oils and is considered as bad cholesterol. LDL cholesterol or low-density lipoprotein is considered as bad cholesterol. This lipoprotein is accountable for all the heart diseases which are caused by cholesterol. If you are consuming g high level of LDL cholesterol then you are in grave danger. The chemical structure and characteristics of this lipoprotein makes it a very affective inhibitor. Low- density lipoprotein is accountable for the accumulation of waxy deposit in blood vessels. It is seen that a high amount of LDL flowing in blood plasma glues to the walls of blood vessels like arteries and narrows it dimensions.
Thinks to do:
  1. Increase the activity and locomotion of LDL receptors in blood stream. This can be only achieved if you have a balance diet rather a low cholesterol one with saturated fat.
  2. Medications and treatment can be used to lower the LDL cholesterol level and elevate the concentration of Good cholesterol or HDL.
  3. There are certain basics to remove LDL cholesterol. Loss of excess weight or obesity is one way. Regular exercise is necessary with a low cholesterol diet rather regime.
  4. Use of statins. Statin is one of the renowned medications which are used to lower the level of cholesterol.
There are other ways to release LDL cholesterol but these five are a must. You should stick to the long way of lowering cholesterol which includes exercising, balance diet and an active lifestyle.
